Kids are amazing, let's keep them amazing.

Traditional yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation are taught in fun, creative classes through story telling, songs and games.

Yoga can help:

  • The body stay strong andflexible in a non competitive environment. Working well alongside other physical activites/sports. Reducing the rising levels of childhood obesity.
  • The mind increase concentration, focus and memory retention.
  • Concentration and energy levels through breathing exercises.
  • The body and mind work and relax in "union". 
  • Improve co-ordination and weak immune systems.
  • Most importantly, enabling kids to feel comfortable with their bodies through self expression, increasing their self confidence and promoting general well being inside and out.
